Cloud & IT Engineer

At TechnoWelle Egypt, we aren't just "fixing computers." We are the technical bridge between Cairo and Germany. As we expand our internal IT team, we’re looking for a Cloud-curious IT Support Engineer who is ready to move past the basics and dive deep into AWS, DevOps, and international enterprise operations.
If you have 1–3 years of experience and find yourself constantly asking "How can I automate this?" or "How does this work in the cloud?"—we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
- Maintain hybrid AWS systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Support CI/CD and automation.
- Manage backups and updates.
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Hands-on AWS service experience.
- Strong networking fundamentals.
- Perfect written English
- Windows and Linux administration.
- Basic Python or PowerShell.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Docker/containers.
- Understanding of cybersecurity basics.
- Experience with virtualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
